The company, together with LM Glasfiber A/S and LM Glasfiber (ND) Inc. USA, has entered into a production facility lease. The company was established in March 1999. It has registered business office in Ponferrada, Spain. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Denmark-based LM Glasfiber A/S, the world's leading supplier of blades for wind turbines, and the only supplier that operates on a global basis. The company's operation in Spain is represented by its wholly-owned subsidiary, LM Glasfiber Eolica S.A.
